Inbound
The Seller submits the inbound plan and shipping documents, and BGSP verifies the arrival and the related paperwork.
Inspection
Quantity, weight and quality of the goods actually received are verified and the inspection result is recorded.
Listing
Only inspected goods have their terms, product information and images registered and published to buyers.
Negotiation
Buyer and Seller agree price and trade terms, with every offer and change recorded.
Confirm and pay
Agreed terms and actual inventory are rechecked, then the trade is confirmed and payment proceeds.
Release and settle
Release and its supporting evidence are verified, and settlement and trade history are recorded once the trade closes.

How trust is built
Trust is not spoken, it is recorded.
BGSP records who verified and decided what, and when, together with the evidence. When information is corrected the original is never erased — a change history is kept instead, so a trade can be followed from beginning to end.

Actual quantity, weight and storage location are verified and recorded separately from what the seller declared.
We separate where information came from
Material the seller provided is shown apart from material verified by BGSP or during inspection.
